The D16 series platform has a platform hole spacing of 50mm, and corresponding grid lines are engraved on the platform. A 50x50 grid line is engraved on the workpiece mounting surface of the table. The cast iron platform facilitates visual inspection of workpieces.

According to customer requirements, millimeter scales can be carved on the two right-angled sides of the platform. The table top adopts the form of grid holes. The platform size can reach 6000x2200mm, and can also be customized according to actual needs. It can be used not only as a welding platform, but also as an assembly platform, inspection platform, machine tool processing platform, etc.

Instructions for using the basic platform:

The cast iron flat work platform adopts the form of perforated grating. On the upper surface and four sides of the table with suitable precision, φ28mm round holes are evenly distributed every 100mm (D28 series), or φ16mm round holes are evenly distributed every 50mm (D16 series), and the dimensions are marked at the same intervals. The edge of the table can be equipped with millimeter scale lines, and the round holes on the table can be used to splice positioning modules and fixtures with various functions. Standard platform sizes range from 500mm×1000mm to 2000mm×4000mm, and can be combined into any size workbench as needed. Each workbench is designed with holes for installing support legs. The number of holes depends on the size and load-bearing capacity of the platform.

The supporting feet of the platform include standard supporting feet, universal wheel supporting feet, fixed supporting feet, frame structure supporting and hydraulic lifting supporting, etc. to meet the different needs of customers.
