Two-dimensional flexible welding workbench

The two-dimensional welding flexible workbench is the basic platform of the three-dimensional flexible combined tooling and fixture system. It is divided into two series: D28 and D16. The hole spacing of the D28 series platform is 100mm, and the plane is engraved with 100x100 grid lines. The hole spacing of the D16 series platform is 50mm, the plane is engraved with 50x50 grid lines to facilitate visual inspection of the workpiece. According to customer requirements, millimeter scales can be carved on the two right-angled sides of the platform. The table top adopts the form of grid holes. The platform size can also be customized according to actual needs.

Hole size:

φ28 series platform: The hole tolerance is D10 level, and the locking pin matching the platform is H7 level. The distance between two adjacent holes is 100±0.05mm

φ16 series platform: The hole tolerance is D10 level, and the locking pin matching the platform is H7 level. The distance between two adjacent holes is 50±0.05mm.

There are three types of workbench columns: height (three types) with a load-bearing capacity of 2t, fixed (frame type) with a load-bearing capacity of 5t, movable (lifting type with a load-bearing capacity of 3t), (spindle type with brakes with a load-bearing capacity of 1t).
