The locking pin features a design where the lower part of the pull rod comprises a truncated cone body that interacts with steel balls arranged within the circular hole of the locking body. A spring in the upper part of the pull rod presses against the locking pin, while the upper end of the pull rod, extending out of the locking body, is movably connected to a handle via an axis lock. This setup allows for versatile positioning: when the handle axis aligns with the locking body axis, steel balls retract; perpendicular alignment causes them to project, securing the locking pin in place on the outer surface of the locking body.

Further tightening with a wrench ensures proper securing. With a tightening force of up to 50KN and a shearing force capacity reaching 200KN, reliability and strength are assured.
