The screw clamp is the main locking part of flexible products, and the tool uses an internal hexagonal wrench. Type A is used for the connection between two pieces, and type B is used for the connection between three pieces.

Screw clamp usage:

The screw clamp is used for fastening between modules and modules, and between modules and platforms. The screw clamp is already one of the products of SANW flexible combination fixtures. The φ28mm or φ16mm screw clamp body is equipped with 5 concentric steel balls. When the thread of the screw clamp is loosened, the steel ball will automatically retract into the locking body. At this time, the screw clamp can be inserted into or pulled out of the round hole of the locked workpiece. When in use, the screw clamp is inserted into the hole of the locked workpiece and the head of the screw clamp is gradually tightened by hand. At the same time, the steel ball gradually protrudes. The screw clamp automatically attaches to the three-dimensional flexible combination welding fixture, and then tightens it with a wrench. The tightening force requirements are Appropriate, not too large (generally the wrench can be rotated 45~60°). After the lock pin is tightened, the clamping force can reach 50kN and the shearing force can reach 250kN.
